How verification works
Employer verification
Business details, registration information and representative details are reviewed before a verified badge is displayed. Status can be pending, verified, rejected or suspended.
Worker verification
Email, phone, identity, skill and background checks are tracked separately. We never display a badge for a check that has not actually been completed.
Job moderation
Every new or edited job enters pending review. Moderators can approve, reject or request changes with a recorded reason.
Investigation & audit
Reports create a case. Admins can investigate, suspend accounts and review a full audit log of platform actions.
Document handling
Identity and registration documents are access-controlled and never exposed on public profiles or in search results.
