How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching, applications, messaging, scheduling, work completion, payments, safety and fraud prevention, and product improvement.
What we never expose
Passwords, identity documents, private phone numbers, private addresses and payment information are never displayed publicly. Workers control which contact fields employers can see.
Retention & access
Sensitive documents are access-controlled and reviewable only by authorised administrators. Platform actions are recorded in audit logs.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data through the grievance and support page.
