Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Employers may cancel an assignment before work begins. Workers should decline or cancel as early as possible; late cancellations affect reliability.
Refunds
Where a platform fee has been charged and the work did not take place, the fee can be refunded by an administrator. Payment records move to refunded status.
Disputes
Disputed work is investigated by administrators. Payment terms remain governed by the job agreement and applicable law.
