Legal
Worker Agreement
Your engagement
Each job you accept is an agreement between you and that employer. Your classification — employee, contractor, freelancer or temporary staff — depends on the job terms and the law of the country where the work is performed. SundayWorker does not classify all workers as one or the other.
Your commitments
Provide accurate information, honour accepted shifts, communicate through platform messaging, and never accept work that is illegal or requires you to pay money to be hired.
Payment
Pay amount, basis and frequency are set on the job. Where a platform fee applies it is displayed before payout. Payout methods depend on your country's supported providers.
Reliability
No-shows, late cancellations and unapproved work affect your reliability score and can lead to suspension.
