Marketplace role

SundayWorker.com operates a marketplace that connects workers with employers. Except where explicitly stated, SundayWorker is not the employer of workers, is not a party to the work agreement, and does not guarantee employment, hours, pay or income.

Eligibility

You may use the platform only if you are legally permitted to work or to hire in your jurisdiction and you meet the applicable minimum age. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Acceptable use

Fake listings, recruitment scams, MLM or pyramid recruitment, money mule activity, credential harvesting, fake review work, unlawful discrimination and exploitative practices are prohibited and result in removal and suspension.

Fees

Platform fees are disclosed in the product and configurable by the platform administrator. Workers are not charged for access to legitimate jobs by default.

Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, SundayWorker is not liable for the acts or omissions of employers or workers, or for the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform.

Governing law

The applicable law depends on the country of operation and the country in which the work is performed. Country-specific terms may supplement this document.
